Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Barkuterie Shop is a mobile pet treat boutique bringing handcrafted, wholesome, joy-filled treats directly to your neighborhood, local event, or favorite park. Our mission is simple: to make tails wag, mouths drool, and pet parents smile with every bite.
Barkuterie Shop was inspired by a lifelong passion for animal welfare and community service. Our founder is the Founder and President of Missouri Lost & Found Paws, a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to reuniting lost and found pets across the state. For more than fourteen years, this work has focused on advocating for pets and the people who love them.
In 2007, that advocacy expanded with the launch of Scanning Partners Across Missouri, an initiative that provides universal microchip scanners to animal control agencies and police departments. This program has played a vital role in helping lost pets make it home safely.
That same dedication to pets led to the creation of Barkuterie Shop, where advocacy, creativity, and love come together in everything we do. We wanted to reinvent how people shop for pet treats by making it fun, local, and personal. Instead of a traditional pet bakery storefront, our mobile concept delivers a Yappy Hour for dogs and cats straight to your doorstep, business plaza, or community event.

We proudly offer hand-curated dog and cat treats sourced from small, trusted, U.S.-based pet bakeries, along with select handcrafted items chosen for quality, creativity, and pet-safe ingredients. From birthday boxes and adoption-day gifts to seasonal goodies and custom event packages, Barkuterie Shop offers something special for every furry family member.
Because accidents happen and safety matters, we also provide free microchip scanning for pets who visit with us. This service helps pet parents confirm that a microchip is present, properly registered, and accessible — offering peace of mind and an added layer of protection.
